Pastor Kevin is a native of Pensacola, Florida and has served as Pastor of churches in Florida and Tennessee.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida, and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; Ft. Worth, Texas. He began serving in pastoral ministry in 1981.
Pastor Goza has been actively involved in local, North American and international missions. He has served in various leadership capacities, including roles in evangelism and mission leadership. Recently, Pastor Kevin served as a member of the State Board of Missions for the Florida Baptist Convention, and on the Committee of Nominations for the Southern Baptist Convention. At present, he is the Treasurer for the Greater Orlando Baptist Association. He also serves as the Chaplain for the Apopka Police Department. Kevin enjoys a broad range of activities, including reading and most things outdoors.
Pastor Kevin has been married to Karen since 1980. She is actively involved in several areas of ministry and outreach. She is the consummate “people-person” who enjoys knowing and getting to know folks from all walks of life.
The Gozas have two children, Keith and Kimberly. Keith, and his wife Samantha have a beautiful baby girl, Grayce and live in Mississippi. Kimberly is engaged to Cole and planning a July wedding.

Pastor Fred Touchton, Adult Education and Senior Adult Pastor
Pastor Fred received the Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and the Master of Religious Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Pastor Touchton has served as an Associate Pastor at Trinity Baptist for 14 years and as a teacher in Trinity Christian School for the 6 years prior. Pastor Fred served for 15 years in various Florida churches as Minister of Education, Minister of Youth and Minister of Children and Senior Adults, as well as Pastor.
Pastor Fred is married to Peggy Bush Touchton, an educational therapist and Director of the Discovery Program at Trinity Christian School. They have two grown children, Kristen and Joshua, as well as a grandson, Colt.
Pastor Mike Ballard, Student Pastor
Pastor Mike considers himself a blessed man. He grew up living on a lake in the Ocala National Forest. Mike studied Business Management at Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee on a baseball scholarship. He is currently working on-line at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Pastor Mike met his wife, Barbara at a softball tournament. They were married in 1995 and have 3 children, Justice, Faith, and Liberty.
Mike has worked as a Student Pastor, a Large Group Leader at Super Summer, has been a featured speaker at the Marion County Victims Impact Panel in Ocala, Florida and has held management positions in RV sales, sporting goods and general retail.
Pastor Mike loves softball, hunting, fishing, reading inspirational books, and speaking truth of life to teens and young adults. Mike can be heard saying to the young people; “The choices you make today, can and will affect each and every one of your tomorrows.”
Raeann Johnson, Director of Childhood Ministries
Raeann Johnson serves a Director of Childhood Ministries at Trinity. Raeann works with children through Christian education and models spiritual development and growth. She has a passion for school age children and is excited to assist parents in leading their children to know Christ as their personal Savior.
Raeann comes to Trinity with 10 years of experience as a public school teacher. She graduated from University of Central Florida in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and from National Louis University with a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2007.
Raeann is married to Greg and they have 3 children.
Beverly Smith, Trinity Christian School Administrator
Beverly Smith moved with her husband and children from Tampa to the central Florida area in 1983. In August of 1983, Mrs Smith and her husband, Randy, joined Trinity Baptist Church. Mrs Smith began teaching at Trinity Christian School the same year. After two years in the classroom she became the Academic Principal and has served as Administrator since 2000.
Mrs Smith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from The University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in School Administration/Supervision from Nova Southeastern University.
Mrs Smith and her husband have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
Cammie Evans, Director of Finance
Cammie Evans joined the Trinity Baptist Church family with her husband, Neill in 1983. She began working in the Accounting and Finance Department for Trinity Baptist Church and Trinity Christian School in 1985.
Mrs Evans has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Cammie and Neill have 3 sons, Bradley, Zachary, and Hayden.
Reggie May, Interim Worship Pastor
Reggie May brings over 30 years of experience to the position of Interim Pastor of Worship Ministries, having served churches in Kentucky, South Carolina and Florida.
He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Since coming to Florida in 1986, he has served in numerous leadership positions on both the associational and state level, including Project Coordinator for the Florida Baptist All-State Youth Choir and Orchestra, Vice-President and President of the Florida Baptist Church Music Conference and President of the Florida Men’s Worship Choir. Reggie currently works in community services for the DeLand Police Department where he also serves as the Senior Chaplain.
He and his wife, Kim, have been married since December, 1983. Kim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and operates a private clinical psychotherapy and Christian counseling practice in DeLand.
Beth Vance is responsible for the Accounts Payable for both the Church and School, as well as, the Ministry Assistant to the Director of Childhood Ministries. She has been part of the ministry office team since 1994.
Beth, and her husband, Doug have been involved at Trinity since 1991. Beth and Doug have one son, Ryan.
Teresa Stewart, a Florida native, has been working at Trinity since 2007. She is the Ministry Assistant for our Senior Pastor, Minister of Education and Senior Adults, and the Student Minister.
Teresa is married to Bryan and they have a daughter, Taylor.
Lissy Parzon is the “face and voice” of Trinity Baptist Church. She greets our visitors and callers with a cheerful attitude and Christ-like heart.
Lissy, and her husband, Andrés are from Puerto Rico. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Supervision and Administration.
Lissy and Andrés have two children, Paulette and Nathaniel.
Marilynn Beale serves as our Preschool Coordinator. She maintains our nursery – K5 childcare for worship services, Sunday school and all church wide events.
Marilynn and Leroy, her husband have two children, Adrienne and Derrick and two granddaughters.
