Get to know the members of the Worship Pastor Search Team and pray for them as they seek Trinity's Associate Pastor of Worship & Media.

Rick Collins

Rick and his wife, Charlotte, have two grown children and five grandchildren. Both have been active members at Trinity for nearly 40 years and supported various programs, including the children’s ministry, VBS, and Sunday School. Rick currently serves as a member of the Finance Committee and is a Sunday School Teacher.

He is honored to serve on the Worship Pastor Search Team and is looking forward to seeing God work through this process to select the person he wants to serve in this capacity.

Rick and Charlotte are looking forward to the future here at Trinity as God uses the leadership and members to proclaim the Word to our community.

Stephanie Gandy

Stephanie and her husband, Tom, have been members of Trinity for 14 years and have one adult daughter. They attend Sunday morning Small Groups, and Stephanie serves in the Worship Ministry as a choir member. She also leads a Tuesday morning ladies’ Bible study and assists with Women’s Ministry as needed.

Stephanie believes praise and worship are vital to Trinity’s church culture. She is honored to be part of this process and looks forward to seeing whom God has chosen to lead Trinity in this season.

Ken Brown

Ken and his wife, Gail, have been faithful members of Trinity for nearly 40 years. Throughout that time, Ken has served in a variety of roles, including teaching Sunday morning small groups, serving as an Usher and Trustee, and in past years as helped in Youth Ministry. Gail has also been actively involved in the life of the church, serving in both Women's Ministry and Worship Ministry.

Professionally, Ken works in health insurance, helping seniors navigate their options and find the plans that best meet their needs.
Ken is excited to continue serving Trinity and looks forward to supporting the church as it enters this next chapter of growth and ministry.

Jessica Robertson

Jessica and her husband, Thomas, have been members of Trinity for three years and have two young sons. They are actively involved in Sunday morning small groups and serve in the Children’s Ministry. Jessica is also a dedicated volunteer at Trinity Christian School, where she leads PiP (Parent Volunteer Group). You may have seen her organizational skills in action through the recent basket fundraiser at the Fall Festival!

Professionally, Jessica is a Project Manager at Benco Construction, where she manages and oversees multimillion-dollar construction projects. She's excited to see what God has in store for Trinity as the church continues to grow and embrace the opportunities ahead.

Andrea Ledford

Andrea accepted Christ and was baptized in first grade in Jacksonville, Florida. She's been a member of Trinity for two years and currently serves in the orchestra playing clarinet. She has previously participated in church orchestras in Virginia and Florida, and while she enjoys music, she humbly admits she is far from a professional musician.

Professionally, Andrea serves as Senior Director of Oncology Pharmacy at a large cancer center, overseeing chemotherapy and investigational drug services, including bone marrow transplantation. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and an MBA, she leads a team of more than 80 professionals across six locations, focusing on quality care and patient safety.
